Positive: the location was fabulous although big tower is under construction on the other side of street so it was noisy for all 24hr, but was not related to property, if you ignore this you can easily spent perfect time when you sit in balcony and enjoy downtown vibe and go the all around downtown and dubai mall by walking and enjoy it
Negative: the access card didn't work and every time we park car in parking we have to go down by different lift to Lobby and again go up the the home, so we didn't have access to the gym as well, although lobby told us it will be resolved soon
